Lighting by LM5P of this sublime duplex apartment nestled in the heart of Cannes with a 270° sea view.
The treatment wished by the architect and the contracting authority for this project wanted to be light, graphic and in the golden brass tones. The entire project was treated with LED lighting.

Interior 

Concerning the interior, we opted for a lighting in a minimalist spirit highlighting the different materials that compose it. The graphic suspension of Vesoi in brass present in the dining room comes to illuminate this table in marble Knoll and to finish all in lightness this luminous room of life.
The technical lighting of the spotlights in the kitchen enhances the wooden furniture, while the led ribbons underline the marble of the worktop.

The lighting of the suspended stairs blends in perfectly and hugs the steps, which are illuminated in warm tones to once again highlight the material of the wood.
In addition, facing this height under the ceiling, we created an imposing multiple composition based on a simple suspension signed Tom Dixon. The latter brings character thanks to its harmonious shapes made of marble and brass.

For the night part, the general lighting of the luminous channels gives an intimate atmosphere to the room. Indeed, the idea was to accentuate the elegance of the architecture present. The functional lighting of the suspensions and reading lamps comes, as for him, to dress the room all in delicacy.

Exterior

Finally, the architecture of the exterior is emphasized by continuous light lines, up and down wall lights and the illumination of the plants to highlight them. A fine and warm lighting in perfect harmony with the setting which gives an additional cachet to the furniture and to this place.
