Lighting design
LM5P strives to design a unique lighting concept for each project approached. Whether it is a question of interior or exterior lighting projects or even urban lighting planning, the company adapts to all scales and all fields of action. Through light, we highlight living spaces, give meaning, sometimes poetry to a place. Our priority is the aesthetics and social approach of each project. Finally, we bring our technical expertise to bear to ensure compliance with the standards in force (requirements in terms of quantity of light, uniformity, light pollution, etc.).
Competition
In close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the project, we offer our intellectual services in lighting (lighting design in a lighting design office). We carry out assignments from design to site supervision for the lighting part. We have a wealth of experience in a number of public lighting projects: urban lighting planning, retail, heritage, private residential, hotels, restaurants, etc. We have developed effective working methods to meet our clients' needs and to reinforce the architectural signature and the flagship identity of the project through the use of light.
Architectural Lighting
In the context of interior or exterior projects, we aim to reveal the identity of a building in relation to its environment and the adjoining uses. We reveal, through light, the silhouette, volumes, lines and specificities of an architecture. The aim is to create new perceptions of a space or a building at nightfall. This work of enhancement requires a fine understanding of existing architecture and its meaning. In our reflections, the lighting fixtures are often hidden, most often integrated, to make room for the different plays of shadows and contrasts on the architecture.
Decorative Lighting
Once the technical and architectural lighting has been defined, much of our thinking turns to decorative lighting. Our work consists of identifying the orientations and wishes of the interior designer and the final client in order to match the lighting as closely as possible to the style of the project as a whole. Decorative lighting is essential to assert the identity of the various spaces and to create appropriate atmospheres. Successful decorative lighting contributes to the harmony of a place and the well-being of its users.
Outdoor Lighting
In our projects, we never forget the importance of well thought-out outdoor lighting. It must be able to provide a warm dimension while helping to sublimate the work of a landscaper, for example. Because the most beautiful facade of a building designed by an architect is only visible at night if it is illuminated, LM5P works to propose lighting solutions adapted to each architecture and which will contribute to the image of the project. Because the darkness of the night is often synonymous with insecurity, our job is also to think about lighting in order to help everyone's well-being and facilitate safe travel.
Home automation
With a solid experience in KNX, we will accompany you during all the stages of your home automation project. We design and cost a project tailored to your needs. We remain attentive to the various parties involved in your project in order to help them deploy and install the recommended products. Finally, we carry out the on-site commissioning and explanation of the systems with the customer. Whether you simply want to control a few light points via your smartphone or have a central control point for all the systems in your home (lighting, roller shutters, heating, alarm, garage doors) we are there to listen to you.
