Bover was founded in 1996 by Joana Bover. It started as a sketch for an architect friend's project, but the evolution was such that the brand has grown and developed into one of the leading companies in the contemporary lighting sector. There is a subsidiary in the United States and Bover has a presence in countries around the world. .

Distribution and versatility :
Bover produces entirely in Barcelona, exercising total control over its production line and thanks to this it is able to guarantee excellent quality. The brand combines artisanal production methods with advanced technology. In fact, they are proud to continue to do some of their work by hand because they believe that working in an artistic way is also a way of paying tribute to the memory of things that have always been close.
Another differentiating factor of the BOVER collection are the “BIG FORMATS”; large products, designed for large spaces, which offer a high degree of comfort and luminous performance without sacrificing the good technical characteristics that facilitate the maintenance of the luminaires; essential characteristics to adapt to contract projects.

The Amphora collection has been designed to create warm environments for the outdoors. Its shape and size pay subtle and discreet homage to the terracotta amphorae used in the past to preserve food. Available in 4 sizes, the family of lamps is suitable for both small and large indoor and outdoor spaces.
With a single piece or by using several lights together, we can create very personal spaces, fill rooms with an infinite number of colours, an infinite number of subtle waves and generate infinite atmospheres.
MEDITERRANIA
The Mediterrània lamp is an ode to the light, the breeze and the smell of the Mediterranean. A gentle wave that pays homage to our Mediterranean light, so heterogeneous throughout the day, that light that always combines bright flashes with very warm rays, especially at sunrise and sunset.
NANS
The New Nans Collection, highlights the craftsmanship of the lampshades and looks for a different way of weaving by combining different colours and formats to create a real Mediterranean style.
For the record, Cala Nans is a small cove in Cadaquès that can only be reached by footpath or by sea. An unspoilt corner of the Mediterranean where the vegetation and the watchful eye of an old lighthouse make it a natural place where you can only hear the sound of the sea and the birds flying over the coast.
