SECTO DESIGN : A meeting of minds, a design is born...
Born from the meeting of Tuula Jusélius and Seppo Koho in 1995, the brand Secto Design is the fruit of their common respect for northern woods and Scandinavian design.
The first result of their collaboration was a collection of innovative wooden furniture, but they discovered a problem: there were no lights to match the furniture.
The result was the brand's iconic suspension lamp, the "Secto 4200", which became the inspiration for the entire Secto Design wooden lamp collection.
Secto 4200 by designer Soppo Koho, born from a real need, from the innovative use of wood and craftsmanship. The designer wanted to create the harmony of light and shadow.
Over the years, the company has been able to expand its range of lighting products. 95% of the production is exported to more than 80 countries and in 2017 a Secto Design USA was opened.
In addition, the company is increasingly concerned about the impact it has on the environment, for example by recycling wood chips to produce pellets for home heating.

PUNCTO
The suspension lamp with a functional and elegant design and a wide beam of light. Still in the same spirit as the brand’s Secto lamp, this time it is a more open version that lets the light escape.
OCTO
The Octo range of lighting is inspired by an aerial design to dress up its environment with lightness in both small and large spaces. Designed in a traditional way, the suspension seduces with a soft luminosity.
